Helping people out of pain
Picture
Body therapy in Oakham, Rutland and Leicestershire including massage, movement integration, fascial release for structural balance.

Hi, my name is Miranda and I’m a fully qualified massage therapist and body worker with over 10 years’ experience in the world of massage and soft tissue therapy.

My passion is to help people out of pain by working to rebalance their muscles and their movements through a variety of techniques, all thoroughly research-led and extensively studied. A common theme in my practice is clients who have tried everything and, in this approach, finally find something which works.
I began my learning while in recovery from a series of injuries myself, starting with a Basic Remedial Massage qualification and swiftly moving on to train with the Jing Massage School in Brighton, going on to study extensively with the world-renowned Anatomy Trains and Tom Myers, and more recently with equally pioneering and inspiring James Earls and Owen Lewis. It is through this multi-faceted approach that I am able to apply a variety of techniques to help people’s bodies feel and move better.   It can be done!

Just a few of the painful conditions massage therapy can help with:
